Announcement: If you find anything left behind after checking out, please call the hotel and the staff will confirm it for you. Please note that depending on the cleaning time, confirmation may not be completed on the same day, and leftover items may not be handed over to the hotel service counter immediately, so confirmation may take some time. The hotel will keep the items left behind by the guests for six months. We will not be responsible for any damages or custody of the items left behind, and will announce them in this lost item area. Items that are not claimed after the announcement period has expired will be disposed of by the hotel.

Lost property claim: 1. For inquiries about lost property, please call the hotel: 02-2567-3366. 2. Within Taiwan, you can use Black Cat Delivery Cash on Delivery method to send the goods back. 3. When the party concerned or the client comes to the hotel to collect it, he or she must provide proof (name of reservation/occupant, check-out date, room number, etc.) and leave a signature and contact information for future inquiries.

Notes: 1. The lost property is retained for six months, please collect it within that time. 2. If the leftover items are food and perishable items, the hotel will destroy them directly without keeping them overnight. 3. Items that are not collected after the announcement period has expired will be disposed of by the hotel.
